We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time veterinary receptionist to join our team. Ontario Veterinary Hospital is a newly renovated hospital which prides itself in customer service and excellent pet care. Previous verifiable veterinary hospital experience.
Basic understanding of computers, knowledge of Avimark is a plus.

Strong phone and multi-tasking skills.
General Job Description:
Scheduling appointments and collecting payment for services.
Answering telephone calls, emails, and in person client questions.
Assisting the doctors and technicians in educating clients on pet health care.
Basic cleaning and maintenance of front desk/lobby (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc).
Explain to clients what treatments their animals have received, how to dispense medication and explain medications to clients as well as how to build/present estimates.
